About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including product information, pricing, images, and other catalog content
- Execute website updates and maintain product collections, categories, and site merchandising
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, sales, and promotional activities
- Moderate and approve customer product reviews, escalating concerns when necessary
- Conduct quality checks of website content and product pages for accuracy, consistency, and customer experience
- Assist in setting up and maintaining promotional campaigns and ecommerce merchandising activities
- Monitor basic site and product performance and help identify opportunities to improve product visibility and merchandising
- Build, publish, and maintain blog content to support marketing initiatives, SEO, and customer engagement
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to complete product and website updates accurately and within timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, ecommerce merchandising, website content management, or a related role
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of ecommerce merchandising principles and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Amenable to working 5am–2pm, Tuesday to Saturday
