About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Customer projects in SAP HCM across all on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
Analyze customer situations and prepare process documentation, designs, and blueprints
Implement customer requirements on the system side (including customizing, schemas, and payroll cycles)
Support all project phases — conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and rollout of SAP HCM
As a senior consultant, take on partial project management responsibilities in smaller teams on-site at customer locations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree and several years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge of business and IT processes and how they are mapped in the SAP HCM system (PY)
Experience with collective bargaining regulations for compensation and knowledge of tax and social security law
Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics
Experience with project management and consulting methodologies
Self-motivated, persuasive, and assertive, with solution- and process-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills
Business-fluent German and fluent English
Strong communication and teamwork skills and a professional presence
