About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic Industrial & Manufacturing accounts across the DACH region
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Develop account growth strategies through cross-selling, upselling, and long-term client partnerships
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior business stakeholders
  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning digital transformation initiatives with business objectives
  • Understand client priorities and identify opportunities to create measurable business value
  • Position Nagarro's Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, Data, and intelligent manufacturing solutions
  • Identify transformation opportunities based on clients' business models, value chains, and digital maturity
  • Integrate AI-led solutions into customer engagements to accelerate innovation and business outcomes
  • Develop strategic account plans and drive opportunities from qualification through contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Collaborate with global sales, consulting, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to develop compelling client solutions
  • Partner across global teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and long-term account growth
  • Represent Nagarro at industry events, executive forums, and customer engagements
  • Share market insights and industry trends to strengthen Nagarro's presence in the Industrial & Manufacturing sector
  • Position Nagarro as a trusted Digital Engineering partner for enterprise transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Technology Consulting, or IT Services
  • Proven success in winning new business and growing strategic enterprise accounts
  • Strong experience in consultative selling, enterprise account management, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives within complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation services
  • Experience working with Industrial & Manufacturing clients is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across global, cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
