About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Bid management/project management for new customer acquisition.
Support for the presales and delivery units as part of the acquisition processes.
Support in service design through the creation, maintenance and continuous development of proposal and service templates.
Support the strategic development of the Managed Services area.
Partial or project management of customer or internal projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification and/or several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in bid management/presales for IT/SAP managed services or outsourcing services is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
High degree of independence and flexibility regarding the detailed design and further development of your role.
Confident user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Business fluent in German and English.
