About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
Identifying project/service stakeholders and ensuring deliverables align with business benefits
Support Build stream closure and document all deliverables
Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logs
Assist in the selection and management of vendors
Detailed planning activities and schedule creation
Work with technical delivery team and solution architects
Ensure a well-defined test strategy and schedule for delivery modules
Mentor and manage team members with on-the-job feedback
Ensure quality of work meets defined standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Total Experience: 9+ Years
5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services
Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams
Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs
Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate independently with limited supervision
Stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to surface options and impacts
Experience in developing and executing change management plans
Must be able to relocate to Philippines for long term
