Associate Principal Engineer, Delivery – System Analyst-Build

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
- Identifying project/service stakeholders and ensuring deliverables align with business benefits
- Support Build stream closure and document all deliverables
- Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logs
- Assist in the selection and management of vendors
- Detailed planning activities and schedule creation
- Work with technical delivery team and solution architects
- Ensure a well-defined test strategy and schedule for delivery modules
- Mentor and manage team members with on-the-job feedback
- Ensure quality of work meets defined standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Total Experience: 9+ Years
- 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services
- Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams
- Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs
- Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently with limited supervision
- Stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to surface options and impacts
- Experience in developing and executing change management plans
- Must be able to relocate to Philippines for long term
