About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements
Converting business requirements into technical design
Mapping decisions with requirements
Identifying different solutions and narrowing down best options
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during implementation
Writing and reviewing design documents
Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, etc.
Developing and designing overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements
Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios
Resolving issues raised during code/review
Carrying out POCs to ensure suggested design/technologies meet requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

9+ Years of experience in machine learning
Strong working experience in NLP, machine vision, and AI
Experience in AI/ML architecture design and implementation in data / big data using cloud infrastructure
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques
Strong programming skills in Python
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn
Experience in SQL
Understanding of MLOps
Experience with deployment technologies: MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience designing and deploying AI agents for multi-agent systems
Strong understanding of LLMs
Practical experience with Generative AI frameworks such as GANs, VAEs, prompt engineering
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
