Key responsibilities & impact

Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements
Mapping decisions with requirements for developers
Narrow down best options to meet client requirements
Own overall Health Cloud technical strategy
Act as trusted advisor for business stakeholders
Review and approve technical designs
Ensure adoption of Salesforce best practices
Identify project/service stakeholders early
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers
Prepare and maintain process flows and models
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Act as a trusted advisor to users
Analyze existing Salesforce implementations for improvements
Define guidelines for NFR considerations during implementation
Writing and reviewing design documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Total Experience: 11+ years
Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture
Deep expertise in Health Cloud features
Strong leadership in translating complex healthcare business requirements
Drive architectural decisions covering Salesforce core
Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs
Define and govern integration architecture
Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations
Lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle
Provide technical governance and manage architectural risks
Lead and mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams
Participate in roadmap planning and release strategy
Experience working in Agile / Scaled Agile environments
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
