Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Java and Microservices architecture
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across teams
Drive adoption of AI capabilities within SDLC to improve engineering productivity and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure best practices in system design, coding standards, and DevOps integration
Mentor development teams and guide them on modern architecture and design patterns
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies aligned with organizational goals
Ensure robust API design, event-driven systems, and distributed architecture implementation
Oversee system performance, scalability, and reliability improvements
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Total experience 9+ years
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture (MSA)
Hands-on experience with Python, especially for AI/ML integration and automation
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning services
Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems
Experience with API design, event-driven architecture, and system integration patterns
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Ability to drive AI adoption across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including code generation, automated reviews, and testing acceleration
Strong stakeholder management and experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture
