About the role
- Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects — ideally in the context of SAP, with a focus on sustainable user adoption
- Translation of change objectives into structured enablement and adoption concepts across systems, processes, and user groups
- Design, coordination, and hands-on implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including creation and QA of in-app assets (walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, contextual help)
- End-to-end enablement responsibility: target-group segmentation, content lifecycle management, testing and go-live coordination, as well as evaluation of adoption KPIs (e.g., usage, completion, reduction of support requests)
- Conceptual introduction, operation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions in LMS/LXP environments, including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning)
- Design of modern, future-oriented enablement and learning approaches, including AI-supported personalization and learning analytics
- Consideration of user experience and accessibility (WCAG) standards in learning content and in-app guidance concepts
- Execution of stakeholder analyses, alignment workshops, targeted communication initiatives, and enablement sessions (German/English)
- Close collaboration with HR development, IT, and business units, including contribution to governance for enablement content, quality standards, and translations
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology- or ERP-driven transformation projects (ideally SAP), with a strong focus on user adoption
- Experience in designing and operating Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including responsibility for productive in-app guidance content
- Participation in at least one end-to-end enablement or adoption initiative, from change concept through rollout to evaluation of adoption KPIs
- Practical experience in LMS/LXP environments, including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning)
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and instructional design, combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in stakeholder interaction; very good German and English language skills
- Interest in modern enablement and learning approaches, including AI-supported concepts, UX, and accessibility (WCAG)
