About the role

  • Provide guidance on Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in intentional gaps in Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, improving transparency
  • Support and educate the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog
  • Remove impediments or guide the team to resolve them

Requirements

  • Certified SCRUM Master (DASM via pmi.org)
  • Experience working with Agile teams in a complex IT organization with ERP (SAP) and non-ERP systems preferred
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
