About the role
- Design and Develop object-oriented models for discrete assets (Robots, CNCs, Conveyors, Assembly stations) using AVEVA System Platform
- Implement AVEVA MES Performance to track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in real-time
- Deploy Andon Systems and visualization screens using AVEVA OMI
- Configure AVEVA Historian to capture high-speed data bursts associated with discrete manufacturing cycles
- Integrate 3D Viewer OMI Apps to visualize spatial contexts of complex machinery and PLC Viewer OMI
Requirements
- Proven experience in Discrete Manufacturing (Automotive, Packaging, or Machine Building)
- Understanding of discrete flows (Job Shop vs. Flow Shop)
- Expert in AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, and AVEVA MES (Performance/Operations)
- SQL proficiency for handling transactional production data (Work Orders, Bill of Materials)
- Ability to communicate technical constraints to production managers focused on Takt Time and output targets
