About the role

  • Manage customer projects with a focus on PP-PI
  • Support all project phases — from conception, design, customizing and proof of concept (POC) to the roll-out of SAP ECC and S/4HANA
  • Actively contribute to the further development of the Nagarro Best Practices template “Fit4Life Science” and implement the standard at customer sites (Greenfield)
  • Analyze customer situations, design strategies and complex solutions that lead to significant process improvements
  • Collaborate with customers to develop future processes, the associated organizational structures and supporting systems
  • Responsible for the conceptual design of interfaces to MES subsystems
  • Analyze existing customer requirements and produce Functional Specifications (FS) and Customizing Specifications (CS) in a validated environment
  • As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d), assume partial project management responsibilities within smaller, on-site customer teams

Requirements

  • Business-fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • University degree and/or several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in the process industry as an IT consultant, process owner, process manager or sub-project manager
  • Initial experience with S/4HANA and the new Fiori user interface
  • Preferably experience with another SAP logistics module (PM/QM/SD/MM or WM/EWM)
  • Ideally familiar with the process industry; experience in discrete manufacturing within a PP environment (e.g., automotive) is also desirable
  • Familiarity with modern project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2 and SCRUM)
  • Highly self-motivated with persuasive and assertive approach to achieving goals
  • Solution- and process-oriented analytical thinking with strong methodological skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a confident professional presence
