About the role
- Turn ideas, insights, and technical information into polished and persuasive content.
- Deliver high-quality narratives across proposals, POVs, playbooks, solution briefs, and thought leadership materials.
- Work closely with presales consultants, strategists, and designers to ensure consistency and clarity in all client-facing content.
- Create and edit persuasive content for proposals, case studies, POVs, thought leadership, and solution briefs.
- Translate technical inputs into structured, outcome-driven narratives.
- Collaborate with design teams to align content with visual storytelling.
- Customize content for different industries by adapting language, examples, and positioning.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable content assets.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, product marketing, or communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and express them in simple business terms.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to independently produce high-quality content.
