About the role

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP IS Retail projects on time, within scope, and budget
  • Align solutions to retail business objectives and SAP best practices
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource plans, and cost estimates
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate work across various departments
  • Create project governance, manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to chosen delivery methodology
  • Oversee key project activities such as business requirements, solution design reviews, testing cycles,
  • cutover planning, and go-live/hyper care
  • Manage project financial management: budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle SAP projects
  • Focus on SAP IS Retail or SAP Retail solutions
  • Good understanding of core retail processes (merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, store operations)
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Any SAP or Agile certifications are an advantage.
