About the role

  • Analyze, model and design processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing industry in the areas of production and planning (PP, Supply Chain, Integrated Planning)
  • Implement full project lifecycle (Design, Build, Test, Run)
  • Design discrete manufacturing-specific end-to-end scenarios with a focus on supply chain capabilities
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with clients
  • Analyze SAP business best practices and recommend improvements or new opportunities
  • Provide advisory services on how SAP technologies enable modern, digital production planning functions
  • Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of SAP-based technology solutions for clients
  • Present solutions effectively to clients and secure their buy-in before moving into implementation
  • Explore innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying current with market changes and innovations
  • Contribute to Nagarro practice growth through an innovative mindset
  • Provide functional guidance and support to team members

Requirements

  • Integrated module and process understanding in Discrete Manufacturing (machinery and plant engineering)
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module (PP with QM, PP/DS, IBP)
  • Experience with project methodologies (Agile, hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life-cycle implementation of SAP projects
  • Ideally, experience in S/4HANA projects
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with team members
  • Ability to work in a global environment and coordinate with virtual teams
  • Strong intercultural awareness
  • Ability and willingness to travel, depending on project requirements
  • Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in German (C1)
