About the role

  • Set up, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Assist in developing campaign strategies, budgets, and testing frameworks
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to test new ad concepts, audiences, and landing pages
  • Pull performance reports and summarize key insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date on platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices
  • Help maintain internal tracking documents and dashboards

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising (agency experience preferred but not required)
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Comfortable with numbers, data analysis, and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification a plus (but not required)
