About the role
- Set up, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Assist in developing campaign strategies, budgets, and testing frameworks
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to test new ad concepts, audiences, and landing pages
- Pull performance reports and summarize key insights and recommendations
- Stay up to date on platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices
- Help maintain internal tracking documents and dashboards
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising (agency experience preferred but not required)
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Comfortable with numbers, data analysis, and A/B testing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification a plus (but not required)
