About the role
- Lead projects from the "Kick-off" phase to "Go-Live," following Odoo implementation methodologies.
- Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate them into Odoo standard features.
- Create functional blueprints and define workflows.
- Identify gaps in standard Odoo features and propose workarounds.
- Supervise the import of master and financial data.
- Deliver training sessions for distinct audiences.
- Assist the client during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant in Odoo projects (Partner or Freelance experience preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Odoo versions 14, 15, 16, or 17. Certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles (Debits/Credits, Accrual basis, Cost of Goods Sold, Assets vs. Expenses).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage difficult clients, and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Nice to have: proficiency in German.
