Key responsibilities & impact

lead subject matter expert for systems that Everyday Banking uses to deliver customer products
work with product and technology colleagues to develop well written business and technical requirements
support enterprise incident management and hyper care processes to identify root cause and support Technology colleagues to fix root cause
have a deep understanding of customer and colleague needs and the technology capabilities available
