About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute commercial strategies to achieve targets and increase N5X's market share in the energy sector
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, establishing strategic, long-term partnerships
- Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently
- Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the commercial strategy
- Attend events and conferences to represent N5X and raise visibility of the energy exchange in the market
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Technology to develop and improve N5X’s offerings and solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Solid experience in new business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably focused on the Brazilian energy market
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in energy trading/commercialization
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Prior knowledge of the financial market is a plus
- Established network of contacts in the energy market
