About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, evaluate, and continuously improve maintenance programs and processes supporting facility operations.
Apply practical knowledge and experience with DOE maintenance requirements and maintenance management principles.
Evaluate maintenance activities for compliance with DOE O 433.1B requirements and recommend process, procedural, and programmatic improvements to ensure effective implementation.
Analyze maintenance processes, identify operational risks and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for process improvements and enhanced program effectiveness.
Evaluate maintenance performance indicators, assess program effectiveness, and develop corrective actions, performance improvement initiatives, and process enhancements.
Develop, revise, and implement maintenance procedures, standards, and organizational processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in the field of expertise or other closely related discipline; and at least one (1) year of relevant experience.
Administering, evaluating, or improving maintenance programs within DOE, nuclear, utility, manufacturing, or other highly regulated environments.
Experience implementing DOE O 433.1B maintenance programs.
Experience with assessments, corrective actions, and performance improvement initiatives.
Experience with Maximo, SAP, or equivalent CMMS systems.
