About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategize and act as the point of contact for ad designs for new and existing clients.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries.
  • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, clients, residents, and fellow team members.
  • Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment.

  • Handling multiple deadlines each month, ensuring timely and accurate completion of responsibilities.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and clear communication, with a commitment to thorough follow-up.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and leadership to support company objectives.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.
  • Confidently engaging clients and Area Directors, addressing their concerns via Zoom / video calls, phone, and email.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client and Area Director inquiries.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) proficiently.
  • Adapting quickly to and operating within The N2 Company’s internal software systems.
