About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Market Intelligence & Industry Mapping: Map the regional ecosystem across industries to identify high-potential sectors, accounts, and decision-makers.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Drive multi-channel lead generation strategies, including cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn engagement, partnerships, and events.
- Appointment Setting & Lead Qualification: Secure high-quality meetings with key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Business Development & Revenue Ownership: Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Key Account Management: Build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners, driving account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Solution Selling & Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals and value propositions aligned to client objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of sold projects.
- Reporting & Performance Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, tracking KPIs including conversion rates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in events, media, or technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives with confidence and credibility
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability
- High ownership mindset—demonstrating accountability and delivering results without excuses
- CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to sales and decision-making
