About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new merchant acquisition across mid-market and enterprise merchants.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and subsequent upselling.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Denmark and the Nordics.
- Attend events, build relationships, and generate leads that convert into customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, payments, or merchant technology.
- A strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to open doors, generate opportunities, and close deals.
- Experience owning the full sales lifecycle from prospect to close, particularly with large customers.
- Ability to communicate complex technology in clear commercial terms.
- Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders across commercial, tech, and operational teams.
- Energy and motivation to work in a fast-paced startup environment, meet ambitious targets, and handle pressure.
- Strong Danish and English communication skills.
- It’s a plus if you have experience with:
- Selling direct to merchants.
- Partner-led or ecosystem-based sales models.
- Payments, POS, e-commerce systems, or fintech infrastructure.
- Swedish communication skills.
