About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further development of our web-based real estate platform
- Development of new features in the backend and frontend
- Analyze, prioritize and fix errors using Sentry
- Optimize existing applications for performance and stability
- Develop and maintain APIs
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical concepts
- Ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices
- Collaborate with the team in planning and implementing new product ideas
- Support deployment, infrastructure, and operation of our applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience as a Django or Python developer
- Excellent knowledge of Python and Django
- Experience developing modern web applications
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
- Confident use of Git and modern development workflows
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
- Advantageous: experience with Docker, Linux or DevOps topics
- Knowledge of Proxmox or virtualization technologies
- Experience with SaaS products
- Experience with search platforms, data aggregation or data-intensive applications
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js
