About the role
- You advise customers when purchasing hearing aids and help them achieve an optimal hearing experience.
- You create individualized hearing profiles and offer innovative hearing solutions.
- You perform hearing measurements and deliver an outstanding service experience for our customers.
- You support customers with remote fittings and regularly participate in professional development courses.
- You are a problem solver who provides direct assistance to customers within Customer Service.
- You are part of one of our central departments and communicate smoothly with other teams.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a qualified hearing care professional (journeyman) or master hearing care technician.
- Relevant initial professional experience as a hearing care specialist and in customer service.
- Strong attention to precision and detail.
- Interest in the latest hearing aid technologies and ideally initial experience with remote fittings.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and conducting professional consultations.
- Service-oriented mindset, empathy and a problem-solving approach when dealing with customers.
- Excellent knowledge of the hearing aid market and our product portfolio, and alignment with our customer-centered company philosophy.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Committed and independent working style with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Team player with creativity, flexibility and resilience.
