About the role
- Further development of the MyProEye app (iOS & Android) — including new features, performance optimization and user experience
- Building and maintaining a stable data structure and integrating it with our databases and server APIs
- Ensuring app security, data protection compliance (GDPR) and reliability as the user base grows
- Planning platform scalability to ensure smooth operation with increasing usage
- Integrating modern AI tools such as Mediapipe, TensorFlow, OpenAI or ElevenLabs for motion analysis and speech output
- Close collaboration with our interdisciplinary team of sports science, AI and design
- Helping shape new ideas to reach older adults digitally, encourage physical activity and support mental wellbeing
Requirements
- Initial experience or a strong interest in app or web development (React, Flutter, Python, etc.)
- Basic understanding of data structures, databases (e.g., Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL) and API integration
- Interest in topics such as app security, data protection (GDPR) and scalability with growing user numbers
- Enthusiasm for AI, movement, health and mental wellbeing
- Empathy, team spirit and clear communication — you work solution-oriented and openly with others
- Nice to have: familiarity with the startup scene or prior experience working at a startup
