• Develop strategies to build an active and diverse talent pipeline, leveraging data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Oversee full cycle recruitment for all clinician candidates including posting for positions, sourcing candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the interview process.
• Maintain Lever (ATS) database and ensure all applicants receive timely communication.
• Take initiative to proactively identify and solve issues that could impact Myo’s talent pipeline.
• Develop strong relationships with University and industry partners.
