About the role

  • You contact German universities by phone or email
  • You conduct initial phone conversations and identify the needs of newly acquired contacts with regard to international degree program marketing
  • You build relationships to establish an active dialogue with decision-makers at our target customers
  • You present our offering to staff at German universities (marketing managers, program coordinators, professors, heads of International Offices) and deliver presentations via Zoom
  • You record and maintain data of potential customers, leads and contacts in our CRM system

Requirements

  • You are a strong communicator with a customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach
  • You hold a degree from a German higher education institution (in any field) and have international experience (e.g., DAAD, Goethe-Institut, GIZ, Kulturweit, Weltwärts, etc.)
  • You are highly motivated and able to inspire enthusiasm and trust in potential customers with your positive personality
  • You have already demonstrated these skills in interactions with customers, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing and sales is a plus; however, a career changer is welcome thanks to our structured onboarding
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and have very good English skills
