About the role

  • As an IT Project Manager, you will strengthen our team in the fast-growing area of software solutions for contact and service centers.
  • You independently develop functional and technical solution concepts for our clients and implement them together with the team.
  • You are the primary point of contact for clients and the project delivery team and support all processes involved in implementing the Salesforce solution.
  • You keep track of the budget and timeline for your projects.
  • You define objectives and workflows in coordination with the development, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as an IT Project Manager in the described environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and affinity for technology.
  • High level of independence, commitment, and self-motivation.
  • Confident, persuasive, and composed manner.
  • Organizational skills as well as strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient documentation skills, e.g., preparing concepts, minutes, etc.
  • Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
