About the role

  • Being the first contact for our clients via phone (number provided), via email or via our CRM.
  • Design beautiful custom itineraries and provide quotations.
  • Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication, professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interactions.
  • Conduct research, surveys and personal investigation in order to effectively capitalize on our USP and at the same time evaluate competitor’s weaknesses and capabilities.
  • Assists in ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied with their travel experience.
  • Report to, and work/collaborate with the owner and the Marketing department on sales Action Items, strategies, day to day sales progress, marketing items, among other related items.
  • Maintain well-documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date info in our CRM in order to service the client in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in Travel.
  • Autonomous and highly organized.
  • Attention to details.
  • Proactively provide solutions to optimise and streamline processes.
  • Natural Problem solver.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate problems into solutions and functional plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English.
  • Other languages would be considered as a plus.
  • If you are a skier or hiker will be considered a plus.
  • Wealthy knowledge of Switzerland and Europe is a big plus.
  • If you know SalesForce will be considered a plus.
