About the role
- Being the first contact for our clients via phone (number provided), via email or via our CRM.
- Design beautiful custom itineraries and provide quotations.
- Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication, professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interactions.
- Conduct research, surveys and personal investigation in order to effectively capitalize on our USP and at the same time evaluate competitor’s weaknesses and capabilities.
- Assists in ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied with their travel experience.
- Report to, and work/collaborate with the owner and the Marketing department on sales Action Items, strategies, day to day sales progress, marketing items, among other related items.
- Maintain well-documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date info in our CRM in order to service the client in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in Travel.
- Autonomous and highly organized.
- Attention to details.
- Proactively provide solutions to optimise and streamline processes.
- Natural Problem solver.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate problems into solutions and functional plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English.
- Other languages would be considered as a plus.
- If you are a skier or hiker will be considered a plus.
- Wealthy knowledge of Switzerland and Europe is a big plus.
- If you know SalesForce will be considered a plus.
