Working Student, Finance, Accounting
MVST.Support the Finance team in a tech company based in Munich or Barcelona while gaining hands-on experience. Focus on accounting, reporting, and financial processes while balancing study commitments.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support our Finance team in day-to-day operations and gain comprehensive insight into the financial processes of a growing tech company.
- From accounting to project reporting and payments, you will work hands-on and help ensure our numbers are accurate and our processes improve.
- Ensure the quality of accounting and continuously optimize our financial processes
- Process and post incoming invoices
- Support monthly and annual closings, particularly invoice review and financial reporting
- Maintain our revenue/project reporting daily (overview and tracking of project budgets)
- Assist the team with all daily operational tasks
- Execute payment transactions and manage cash flow
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a enrolled student (m/f/d) and can commit 8–10 hours per week to an exciting and varied role in Finance & Accounting
- Some initial experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or similar
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and accountability
- (Very) good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent German and English complete your profile.
