About the role
- Oversee global finance for a multinational manufacturing group
- Lead and support global financial consolidation and preparation of group financial statements
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi ‑ year financial planning
- Ensure consistent application of IFRS, group accounting policies, and statutory requirements across international entities
- Develop and maintain global financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Drive manufacturing finance excellence including cost accounting and variance analysis
- Provide high ‑ quality financial insights, variance analysis, and performance reporting to Group Finance and the Global Leadership Team
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global finance processes, controls, and reporting cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
- CPA strongly preferred (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

- Hands ‑ on experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and working capital optimization
- Solid understanding of tax, transfer pricing, and compliance in a multinational context
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. D365, consolidation tools, Power BI)
