About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver a variety of trained and certified simulation scenarios accurately, reliably, and professionally in alignment with learning objectives
  • Portray varied perspectives using Mursion’s proprietary technology
  • Facilitate reflection debriefs with diverse learners
  • Provide balanced learner feedback and accurate, fair performance scores
  • Complete forms, attendance records, and other operational session tasks
  • Adapt quickly to evolving technology
  • Host learner sessions by welcoming participants, explaining logistics, answering questions, and facilitating reflection
  • Establish and enforce stated learner policies and expectations
  • Protect learner privacy and adhere to the Code of Conduct
  • Organize and manage availability, session, and work-related schedules
  • Prioritize session delivery, training, internal meetings, and assigned tasks according to deadlines
  • Follow delivery-team availability protocols, internal policies, communication expectations, and intellectual-property policies
  • Maintain an average target of 80%+ service-delivery billing hours
  • Provide equal practice opportunities to diverse learners
  • Complete learner-experience feedback forms accurately and on time
  • Create a welcoming, customer-service-oriented host experience representing Mursion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience as a professional actor
  • Improv experience strongly preferred
  • Native-proficiency German and English, able to deliver scenarios in both languages
  • Customer-facing work experience outside professional acting, preferably customer service or hospitality
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 12am–8am Eastern Time
  • Availability for 20–30 hours per week
  • Ability to complete a paid 65–85-hour training plan autonomously and on time within 4–6 weeks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Private, quiet work location with strong and stable internet connection
  • Wired internet connection required
  • Internet speed of 20 Mbps download, with 100+ Mbps recommended
  • Internet speed of 5 Mbps upload, with 15+ Mbps recommended
  • Must reside in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia
