About the role
- Be the first point of contact with clients
- Execute proprietary four step sales process
- Work closely with clients, trade partners, and internal teams
- Establish scopes of work, budgets, detailed plans, 3D renderings, and material selections
- Provide homeowners with a carefully planned remodeling experience
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- At least ten years of experience in residential construction
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Ability to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
