About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and track customer contracts and renewal terms, proactively identifying upcoming contract revision opportunities and expansion discussions
Maintain a rolling pipeline and stay ahead of contract deadlines
Prepare and issue proposals and quotations for assigned accounts from initial outreach through signed execution
Partner with Customer Success, Finance, Patient Kindness, and the commercial team
Lead client contract communications and advise clients on scope revisions
Share documents timely, incorporate feedback, and keep parties informed and progressing
Assist in negotiating contract terms where applicable
Manage amendments, scope changes, and expansion agreements
Maintain organized records, documentation, and timelines to ensure accurate execution
Identify and flag high-risk customer issues and contract expansion opportunities
Identify portfolio-wide themes and opportunities and provide feedback and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Contract Specialist, Renewals Specialist/Manager, or in a similar customer service or sales role
Experience ideally in B2B, life sciences, or healthcare technology
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
Excellent external communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to translate pricing concepts into clear terms and communicate proposal value
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong attention to detail and error detection
Self-directed and resourceful, comfortable working with minimal hand-holding
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse internal stakeholders
EST timezone preferred
