Working Student – Operations Digital Solutions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement of operational processes and digital workflows.
- Assist in testing, validating, and improving internal applications, integrations, and business systems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and investigations to identify operational insights and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of digitalization, automation, and AI-driven initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and support the successful delivery of improvement projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Curious about how systems, processes, data, and technology interact within a business environment.
- Initial exposure to programming, scripting, databases, automation, AI tools, or business systems is beneficial.
- Comfortable learning and working with new technologies, digital tools, and ways of working.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to take ownership of tasks and ideas.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
