Lead the technical part of business development activities: review RFQs and define suitable products aligned with ME product strategy
Represent ME as a technical leader and innovative company towards customers and prospective clients
Define new products and product roadmap based on identified market trends and needs
Lead effort estimation and provide holistic cost estimation for business case evaluations and commercial offers
Define the technical and industrialization concept for quotes together with CTO and COO
Identify business cases and align product strategies in R&D and provide feedback to executive leadership
Identify the most suitable products for customers (carry-over vs new development) in alignment with ME product strategy
Facilitate a seamless transition from the acquisition phase to project execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
Demonstrated expertise in technical product management within HV batteries or related industries (+5 years)
Strong understanding of battery management systems principles, product development processes and project management methodologies relevant to battery technologies
Proficient in evaluating business cases specific to battery management systems and making data-driven decisions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and evolving industry standards
