About the role

  • Lead and structure financial processes, ensuring standardization, performance and compliance.
  • Map workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements.
  • Serve as the team’s technical reference and provide support to area management.
  • Develop and maintain financial indicators and dashboards.
  • Supervise and execute Accounts Payable routines.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage daily, weekly and monthly cash flow.
  • Prepare cash forecasts, variance analyses and management reports.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and approval workflows.
  • Manage the billing cycle, collections and reconciliations.
  • Analyze credit, approve orders according to current policies and control risks.
  • Manage delinquency and negotiate with strategic clients.
  • Prepare documentation to support legal and pre-legal actions.
  • Monitor economic trends and interest rate fluctuations.
  • Negotiate bank fees, insurance, contracts and financing conditions.
  • Evaluate financial alternatives and present recommendations to management.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial information and document traceability.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Act as an interface between Finance, Tax, Accounting, Sales and Legal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics.
  • Postgraduate degree in Accounting and/or Tax Processes.
  • Minimum of 6 years in financial and operational routines.
  • Experience with financial ERPs, reconciliations and income statements, structured cash flow and corporate reporting.
  • Experience applying tax regulations, the Tax Reform and its impacts on financial routines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with ERPs (Conta Azul, Omie, Totvs, Sankhya or similar).
  • Knowledge of bank integrations, automations and reconciliation tools.
