About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Materials Management capabilities
- Work with clients to understand procurement, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and supply chain challenges
- Define requirements and prioritize enhancements related to purchasing workflows, inventory management, and operational efficiency
- Partner with implementation, support, and client-facing teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs
- Build, develop, and maintain understanding of Multiview’s offerings, clients, and market
- Collaborate with developers, designers, software implementers, client support, UX, Engineering, and QA teams
- Describe user problems and potential-user problems in ways that inspire solutions
- Develop use cases and requirements documents communicating user pain points
- Conduct user research to validate requirements and solutions
- Drive product vision and strategy across the organization
- Serve as the product subject matter expert, supporting confidence in product capabilities and roadmap
- Contribute to and review documentation and go-to-market materials
- Participate in process improvement and team initiatives
- Demonstrate Multiview’s core values and advance the company’s and clients’ reputations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior work experience in a SaaS product management role
- Experience with purchasing, procurement, inventory management, materials management, supply chain operations, or ERP systems supporting these functions
- A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent in accounting, finance, or computer science
- 3–5 years of experience working with enterprise software
- Ability to extract information from interviews, documents, test data, and hands-on work to understand underlying problems
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of projects
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and/or strict deadlines on multiple projects
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of accounting and financial management
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes
- Prior software product manager experience is an asset
- Experience working with healthcare organizations is valued
- Multiview Financial product or other ERP software experience is valued
- Willingness to be coached, mentored, and driven to reach fullest potential
- Successful candidates must undergo a background check verification with an external vendor
- Must be eligible to work remotely in Canada
