About the role

  • Help drive the growth and development of our proprietary customer-facing applications
  • Develop and implement high tech solutions for our customers in areas such as Warehouse Management Software, Sales Force Automation, Delivery Routes, E-Commerce, RFID, Barcode, Packaging Automation, Enterprise Mobility and RTLS
  • Be in the "front line" of emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years experience in same or similar position
  • Development of "software" using the following programming languages: Framework .NET (C #, ASP.net, VB.NET, .NET Core), HTML & HTML5, Java, , SQL Server
  • Knowledge in creation and communication with Web Services and APIs (SOAP, REST, etc.)
  • Administration, creation, management and development (creation of queries, stored procedures, etc.) in databases such as: S QL Server and/or MySQL
  • Knowledge in Jquery, Bootstrap bookstores and SSRS "Reporting Services"
  • Clearly understands the full breadth of workflow and how specific projects affect the company as a whole
  • A proven understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
  • Analyzes, designs and integrates our WMS or SFA application in our client's operations.
  • Perform quality control, code reviews and standard data validations prior to production release.
  • Understand and follow SOA design patterns and is familiar with Agile practices
  • Accurately and efficiently executes test plans with the business or process owners
  • Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients.
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.
