- Build exceptional products and infrastructure to help clients navigate their path to homeownership and enable Multiply team members to deliver white-glove service
- Define our technical strategy to serve our customers and business goals
- Work closely with product and design to rethink the largest purchase of our clients’ lives
- Continuously improve our execution and process for shipping exceptional products and infrastructure
- Grow and develop the engineering team as we scale
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Deep technical expertise and track record shipping high-quality software quickly and iteratively
- Context on and interest in the latest AI paradigms and approaches
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, as well as well-honed pragmatism
- An attitude that embodies “Today Not Tomorrow” and “Progress Over Perfection”
- Experience at fast-paced startups
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
