About the role

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server on-premises environments
  • Administer virtualized servers in Hyper-V
  • Implement and manage backup solutions
  • Administer and monitor Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat) servers
  • Configure and maintain web services (Apache, IIS)
  • Manage SQL Server databases (basic to intermediate)
  • Manage next-generation firewalls (SonicWall or similar)
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure with Mikrotik routers and managed Cisco switches
  • Manage corporate wireless environments with Ubiquiti UniFi
  • Implement and support network authentication using Microsoft NPS (RADIUS)
  • Document procedures, policies, and environments clearly and in an auditable manner
  • Apply governance best practices based on ITIL and ITSM tools
  • Propose continuous improvements in infrastructure, security, and monitoring
  • Support development teams, information security, and advanced users

Requirements

  • Exchange Server on-premises (2019)
  • Hyper-V (high availability, snapshots, failover clustering)
  • Windows Server (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
  • Linux Server (network services, permissions, hardening)
  • NG Firewall (SonicWall, Sophos, pfSense or equivalents)
  • Acronis Cyber Backup
  • IIS and Apache HTTP Server
  • Mikrotik (Firewall, NAT, VPN, routing)
  • Cisco switches (VLAN, trunk, STP, port-security)
  • Microsoft NPS/RADIUS
  • Ubiquiti UniFi wireless (controller, provisioning, RF mapping)
