About the role

  • Understand the technical stages of activities, identifying and providing guidance to resolve systemic issues;
  • Prepare and guide program correction and maintenance activities;
  • Develop, customize, and support system enhancements using specific methodologies and conducting tests for validation/approval;
  • Maintain availability of technological resources by overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance;
  • Collaborate on departmental projects by preparing reports, presentations, and required documentation according to predefined scope;
  • Execute IT routines following protocols, procedures, and directions from the immediate supervisor;
  • Participate in identifying and resolving technological problems and deviations, performing preliminary analyses as instructed;
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of IT governance solutions/tools and incident/problem management;
  • Execute unit tests;

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree;
  • Proven experience with C# (.NET);
  • Proficiency in systems analysis and development;
  • Knowledge of information systems;
  • Knowledge of Information Security;
  • Knowledge of Database Administration (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL);
  • Programming/coding knowledge (.NET Core, .NET 4.5, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL);
  • Knowledge of layered/system modeling (MVC);
  • Git, Azure DevOps;
  • Continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD);
  • Continuous delivery;
  • Experience or knowledge working in agile teams (Scrum) and their ceremonies;
  • Knowledge of Clean Code principles;
  • Knowledge of modern/scalable software architectures;
  • Messaging (message queuing/brokers);
  • Master/worker cluster;
  • Log management;
  • Containers (Docker).
