About the role

  • Leverage Payment Operations/Risk Management experience to support and enhance the ACH/EDI Operations department through metric development, analysis and reporting
  • Support multiple related projects impacting ACH/EDI Operations by producing essential metrics needed for effective business decisions
  • Work closely with ACH Operations, ACH Ops Support, ACH Ops Initiatives, project teams and other related functions to enhance processes and procedures through data, metrics, analysis and reporting deliverables
  • Support audit and control testing activities, daily reconciliation of ACH work-in-process accounts, quality reviews and business continuity management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or demonstrated relevant work experience (3+ years)
  • Experienced in supporting financial services ACH/Payment Operations, related control and risk management concepts, account reconciliation and timely reporting deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and all levels
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, excellent attention to detail, and ability to meaningfully communicate data to multiple audiences
  • Proven track record of influencing and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
