About the role
- Own the vision and strategic direction for the full range of 365 products
- Own end-to-end management of MUFG’s messaging and collaboration platforms, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related Office 365 services
- Lead and mentor a team of SMEs in email, collaboration, and AV technologies
- Design, deliver, and maintain collaboration services according to best practices
- Develop the roadmap for messaging and collaboration technologies, aligned with MUFG’s business strategy
- Enforce security policies and compliance requirements across collaboration platforms
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Support/Operations teams to ensure end-to-end quality of service
- Oversee the creation of documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials for messaging and collaboration services
- Continuously evaluate current systems and processes; drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance user experience
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager
- Proven leadership in managing direct reports and delivering results through others
- Strong skills in product strategy, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple products and initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team success
