About the role
- Understand the department’s strategy to build up fruitful pipeline for the team’s activities plan
- Lead the promotion of products to customers and identify and promote cross selling opportunities
- Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet the department’s revenue targets by analysis market/customer database, understanding customers’ business requirements and preparing recommendations on suitable products or services
- Work closely with RMs to identify client names to be Account Planned
- Partner with RMs to plan joint client calls, aim to complete at least 15 client calls per month
- Build effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and to deliver excellent customer service
- Collaborate with RMs, TB Sales, Products, to proactively approach TB opportunities
- Support, sharing, training on Sales skill set / Transaction Banking products & analysis knowledge with colleagues and RMs
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Good leadership, communication skills with ability to influence others using data or analysis to support line of reasoning
- Understanding of local /regional financial laws and regulations
- Experience and/or knowledge in Transaction Banking products include but not limited to Trade Finance and/or Cash Management
