About the role
- Own the vision and strategic direction for the full range of 365 products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 365 Product Managers, providing clear guidance, removing obstacles, and supporting their professional growth
- Prioritize product features, initiatives, and technical investments across the suite, making data-driven decisions to maximize business impact
- Oversee product roadmaps, from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless lifecycle for every 365 product
- Collaborate with business, architecture, EIS, and support teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product strategy and drive ongoing enhancements
- Set and monitor KPIs and success metrics for each product and product manager, regularly reviewing performance and outcomes
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines efficiently to achieve product goals and organizational ROI targets
- Champion a culture centered on customer value, innovation, and continuous learning throughout the 365 product ecosystem
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager, particularly with 365 products
- Proven leadership in managing direct reports and delivering results through others
- Strong skills in product strategy, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple products and initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team success
