• Lead the functional management of ServiceNow Technology Asset Management (ITAM)
• Manage software lifecycle including data collection, integrity and quality of asset data across the enterprise
• Design, implement, and govern standardized processes for effective data collection
• Work with the CMDB team to ensure ServiceNow data is accurate and up-to-date
• Develop and maintain processes for tracking and managing ITAM Data Quality
• Collaborate with ITSM organization and develop ServiceNow Catalog Items, workflows, and configurations
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management using ServiceNow and Power BI
• Support incident response and troubleshooting related to asset issues
• Identify and implement process improvements for asset management efficiency
