About the role
- Handle day-to-day administrative inquiries from internal business units and senior management including entitlement requests, moves/adds/changes requests, inventory management, expense allocation, and invoice reconciliation Oversee Market Data Services: updating/maintaining inventory and service allocations Work & build close relationships with vendors; respond to business queries Provide comprehensive reports to senior leadership on costs/inventory Report to third party exchanges & vendors on their platform Manage vendor-related expenses and perform month-end reconciliations Keep updated inventory of contracts, services, pricing, users, and vendors Resolve market data issues
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable. Experience working with Market Data Vendors and knowledge of products Experience with DACS and market data inventory system (FITS) Excellent communication and task/time management skills High level of time management skills to manage multiple and elaborate requests Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
