About the role
- Act as a point of contact for Transaction Banking of the Americas Corporate clients’ day-to-day cash management banking needs
- Utilize working knowledge of cash management products to ensure issues are addressed appropriately, accurately and in a timely fashion
- Support a client portfolio and internal service partners to address client needs and solutions
- Resolve challenging client issues and conduct root cause analysis
- Provide client service support via Phone/Email/Secured Message channels
- Ensure policy guidelines are followed to mitigate risk and compliance issues
- Implement and follow policies and procedures supporting Bank’s Risk Vision including AML and BSA compliance
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality regarding customer files and transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Client Service and Cash Management products
- Solid working knowledge of ACH, Wires, Payable/Receivables, Transmissions and Fraud Protection Services
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Japanese and/or Spanish speaking skills preferred
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Must be a team player who fosters a collaborative working relationship across the organization
- Bachelor's degree
